Nabingoola Women’s Coffee Cooperative was born from a vision: to build a sustainable, women-led coffee enterprise rooted in quality and community impact. What began as a small-scale operation in central Uganda has grown into a structured cooperative empowering hundreds of women across the value chain — from cultivation to export. With our own hulling facility and a clear roadmap for growth, we’re not just producing exceptional Robusta — we’re redefining what rural women can achieve when given the right tools and opportunities.
