Anne Nsungwa – Chairwoman
A passionate community advocate and farmer, Anne leads with integrity, ensuring our cooperative remains rooted in empowerment, transparency, and shared ownership.

Rosette Kyarisiima – Operations Manager
With a background in business, Rosette oversees daily operations, from farmer aggregation to ensuring quality and regulatory compliance at every stage.

Alinde Bahiigwa – General Manager
The GM steers the overall growth and sustainability of the cooperative, coordinating between field operations, finance, and strategic partnerships to keep NWCC on track and forward-focused.
